We’re seeking an Associate Change Management Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll be working closely with clients to help their employees successfully navigate new technologies, processes, and business transformations. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills, gain hands-on experience, and make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as a change advocate, supporting client leadership and teams through organizational transitions.
  • Assist in creating change management plans that include communication strategies, training plans, and readiness assessments.
  • Help document process changes and define how they will impact roles within the organization.
  • Work on user adoption strategies, ensuring employees feel confident using new systems and tools.
  • Develop engaging training materials, such as guides, presentations, or videos, to support end users.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather feedback, measure adoption, and suggest improvements.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree (preferred in Organizational Design, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field).
  • Up to 2 years of experience in change management, communications, training, or related fields (internship experience is welcome!).
  • Familiarity with change management principles, including assessing stakeholder impacts and creating training or communication plans.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with various audiences.
  • A collaborative and proactive attitude, with a desire to learn and grow in the field of organizational change.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Nice to Have):

  • Experience with tools like PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, or training software (e.g., Captivate or Camtasia).
  • Exposure to ERP or SaaS technology implementations.
  • An interest in creative problem-solving and influencing positive outcomes.
